Ocean Lagoon Suite
Great Place!!

What is explained to you is what you got. Incredible views from balcony, space so everyone was not on top of everyone. We had a great time and loved everything. Our only complaint is that the AC would turn on and off but on last night we figured out correct mode to be on, it was a little noisy but worked. It was great and I would recommend anyone renting from Dave he was great!!

Beautiful view of the Friday night fireworks, convienent to shopping,dining and beach. Very clean and comfortable condo. Only draw back was the check out is early if you have a late flight that same day . Other than that we would definitely return !

Very nice and clean

This place is very nice! The view was spectacular from the balcony. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The beds very very nice and comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need for cooking ( not that we did any cooking). The bathrooms very nice, the only thing we didn't like was the tub/shower in the master bedroom was very hard to climb in and out as the tub wall was about 2 1/2- 3 ft. high. We did have a shortage of toilet paper and had to buy some as well. Overall great experience and beautiful place to stay.
Great condo close to the hilton

We stayed at this condo for the first leg of our hawaii trip. check in was easy and parking was easy with the valet service. The condo was in great condition and had a great view of both the Hilton's show, fireworks, and the beach and ocean. We enjoyed the condo and the beach toys for our kids. Overall our stay was amazing and the condo was well stocked for our trip. If you have dust allergies be cautious since something in the condo set off my wife's allergies. Overall we felt it was amazing and the owners were very receptive about everything throughout the whole booking process!
Excellent apartment and location

We stayed in this apartment because it had a full 2nd bedroom, as we were vacationing with another couple it suited our needs perfectly. Great views, and with so many good restaurants, beaches, and shops within a few minutes walk it was the perfect location. We certainly would recommend this apartment to our friends.

Amazing Direct Ocean View with Comforts

Me and my wife decided to stay at the Ilikai because of the location and size of the unit. We were not disappointed. The view from the large balcony was something we always dreamed about; it was just beautiful. The lagoon is less than 3 minutes away and definitely an excellent place to stay. The beach is easily accessible. We also enjoyed speaking with the tour agents downstairs and were able to book all of our tours through them (at a significant savings once we agreed to a time-share presentation down the street). The kitchen in the condo was well-stocked with utensils, pots and pans; we didn't find anything lacking. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, boogie board.. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Overall, a wonderful place to spend our vacation; we were sorry to leave it but definitely we'll comeback again next year.
Nice place

We just came back from our vacation a little over a week and a half ago. We stayed at this room the week of January 11, 2016. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, it was roomy, and it was clean. The balcony was big and has a view of the ocean and dock. There were 2 beach chairs, we took with us when we went to the beach, which was extremely convenient.
There were also some beach towels available for us to use. I went with my whole family; Husband and 3 girls and wished we had more towels, that would be a great addition if they added just a couple more towels to use.
Location - this is located on the opposite side of Waikiki beach away from all of the shops, etc. So if you don't like big crowds, this is the place to stay. We walked to the main area of Waikiki every night, which was a plus for us to get some extra exercise. So, its not that far from all the shops if that is where you want to be.
It is right across the street from Buffalo Wild Wings and McDonalds. It was also convenient to have Walmart only 10 minutes away for all necessities we forgot to pack.
Overall, I would highly suggest this place, I would probably stay here again.
Great Stay!

My wife and our 1.5 year old son stayed at this property. It is a beautiful property. The owner of the property was very nice and available whenever we needed him. The view was priceless, looking onto Waikiki beach. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by. Don't miss the fireworks on Friday which are close by, they are amazing. I will be coming back to this property on my next visit to Honolulu.

This condo was everything it said it would be and we had the most fabulous time in Waikiki. The condo itself is perfectly situated on the 4th floor so not too high but still a lovely view. The bed is sooo comfortable, good selection of pillows and the fridge is huge! Lovely outdoor setting on the lanai and apartment nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything one needs and the shower has great pressure. Couldnt fault except for the noise of the aircon at night but hey thats nothing compared to the goodies this place offers. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Service fabulous and everything so easy, no key to worry about. Did go to vacuum but the vacuum seemed broken or at least didnt suck well. Handy to everything with buses and minutes to AlaMoana shopping. Thanks David great stay highly recommend. Mahalo and hope to return one day.
STAYCATION

This place was great and lived up to the expectations. The owner was very responsive prior to my arrival and very helpful. The condo was clean and neat just as advertised. My only shortcoming was the TV its had a few issues with the remote and the cable was basic so I couldn't watch my cavs bit all in all I loved my stay here....

We arrived and were Very Impressed with the nicely updated and well equipped condo unit and its wonderful views, the building and all its amenities. We loved it! David was expedient and a delight to deal with when there were a couple of minor issues. We love the location- it's close enough to walk to Ala Moana mall, and also the beach where we like to sit. The pool area is huge and well kept, and as an added bonus, there is a small (aged) fitness center. The barbecue area is lengthy and the barbecues could use updating with thermometers, signage to get people to clean up after themselves and better lighting would be beneficial.
All in all, we had a great experience at David's condo!
My choice was excellent.

Me and my son were here one months from June to July. Until the day we checked out from before the check-in was smooth with no problems. The condo was very clean facilities also were perfect and the location of the condo is the best. We will miss this place. My choice was excellent.
Discovery Bay Has It All

The condo we rented at Discovery Bay ( Resolution Tower ) had a very impressive panoramic view of the ocean, marina and even a part of the mountain view. This is the most obvious feature when you first walk into the unit, but shortly thereafter, you begin to realize how much this unit has to offer. Central AC, fully equipped kitchen, in suite laundry, parking included, strong wi-fi, bb-q area, pool, hot tub and even a big screen TV. The Bus stops directly infront of the building going in both directions. It's proximity to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, The Chinese Market and Walmart are nice as well. This unit has recently been renovated and the owner, through email, will very quickly address any issues that may arise.
Local grocery store, restaurants, and the beach,... it's all here.
Our month here went quickly and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We have been coming to Hawaii for over 35 years and have never been more satisfied than with our stay at this condo in Discovery Bay. After a month or so most condos in the Wiakiki area get very cramped. Not this one! It is large enough and so well equipped a couple could move in and live in it permanently. We were there for 6 weeks and could have easily stayed for 6 months! The view is panoramic, allowing an almost simultaneous view of the ocean, pool, harbour and mountains. The pictures that are featured on VRBO are accurate - that's exactly what you can expect! The apartment has everything, from a top of the line vacumn and an umbrella to a complete set of dishes, cutlery and glasses (including stemless wine glasses and travel mugs). The capper is the bed with a most comfortable Queen size "Temperpedic style" mattress. Finally, I must add that the owner is terrific to deal with, made the entire process easy, seamless, extremely friendly and professional. We had no issues but did contact him with some questions. His responses were immediate. I have no hesitation in recommending this property or its owner to anyone!
Superb Views of Direct Ocean & Marina

I stayed in this condo for my business trip and enjoyed a lot with very nice views and amenities including big flat screen HDMI TV, fully equipped kitchen utensils and almost everything I have in my own home.
Specially assigned parking with free of charge helped me very much when I was busy in and out the building.
This condo is in great location in Waikiki that is close to Ala Moana Center and restaurants.
Highly recommend this condo for business travelers and couples seeking for pleasure.
